Requirements for Expediting process: All clients and Borrowers will need: - Any of the following valid indentifications (they must be current):
- California Drivers License
- California Identification Card
- Two (2) credible witnesses (for those who do not have current ID)
- US Passport
- US Military ID Card
- Inmate ID Card
- Other State Drivers License or Identification
- Mexican Drivers License
- Foreign Passports stamped by USCIS
- Any required stipulations for signing (check with lender).
- Lender’s Telephone number in case you have inquiries during the signing.
- Please complete all forms except signatures and notarized areas.
